just a thought..
it’s April! time really passes by quick, thought it still felt a bit like march. it’s not that I haven’t really been checking tumblr or twitter, but I’ve just been focusing more on school and family. finals are fast approaching and for once, I want to be prepared for them rather than last minute cramming like previous years. tough to tackle on, but let’s try.
trying. such an important word to me lately. been in my own world lately and I have to say, very therapeutic. I guess for everyone, since it’s always just good to have time to think about your surroundings and what’s important in life. still drowned in my own thoughts, but I’m feeling more aware of what I want, what’s best for people and positivity. I’m lucky to be reminded of such things sometimes, and I just want to l i v e. forreals.
not sure if that makes sense, but rather than being oblivious to peoples feelings and what’s going on around me, I want to improve. as a person, as a lover, friend, sister, cousin, daughter, grand-daughter and every role that I play in my life and people’s. everyone needs an upgrade once in awhile, in my case it should be an upgrade in myself.
lastly, travel plans. I’m booked for a trip in may but I’m finding myself planning another one in august. it’s what motivates me to study better, and it beats going on Perez or Facebook when I’m bored! I can’t wait to just get away and see places out of the norm of Edmonton. summer is going to be awesome on many parts :)
